My practice is grounded in three core principles: valuing self-determination, applying the transtheoretical model of change, and integrating lessons from past experiences.
Drawing on an occupational therapy, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other strategies to support reflection, problem-solving, and goal setting.
By focusing on empowering individuals and advocating for their autonomy, I tailor interventions to meet people where they are, helping them navigate challenges in alignment with their values and circumstances.
